New project |
Create a new project here. |
Open project |
Open an existing project (.bpr) |
Save project |
Save your project as a .bpr file. |
Project options |
If you enter details here, they will be used for all projects you create in the future. |
Backup Wizard |
This wizard guides you through the functions of BackupXpress. If you have never created a backup before, you should use this wizard. |
Create new group |
Create a backup group within your backup project. |
Delete group |
With this button you delete a complete backup group. |
Refresh group |
If you've changed any information within the backup project, click on refresh to make sure all information in the group is refreshed an up to date. |
Start backup |
Start your backup with this button. |
Restore backup |
Restore all your data you've saved, e.g. after a system crash. |
Show logfile |
All your backups are saved in a logfile. Click here to view it. |
Activate scheduler |
If you want to run your backups at specific times or day, you can activate your scheduler here. |
Configure scheduler |
The exact dates and times of the scheduler can be edited here. |
Open project central |
This is the center of your BackupXpress. From here you can you can easily decide what to do next. |
Configuration |
Edit global settings of BackupXpress here. |
Beginner / advanced user interface |
Change here between the beginner and advanced user interface. The advanced interface offers various more functions. |
